Senior CRM Manager (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility technology client seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join their team in Hamburg. In this role, you will drive growth by engaging and retaining a global user base through sophisticated, data-driven CRM strategies across multiple European markets.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage, and retain users across international markets
• Owning the end-to-end automation creation process across multiple channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
• Advising and coaching junior team members on CRM best practices for global and local initiatives
• Optimizing campaign performance using behavioral data, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and reducing friction in the customer journey
• Leading cross-functional projects such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimization, and experimentation frameworks
• Managing and optimizing CRM automations while aligning communications with lifecycle stages and business priorities
• Identifying business opportunities and collaborating with Marketing, Product, local teams, and international counterparts to bring them to life

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement at a regional or global level
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a plus)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams, markets, levels, and time zones
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage diverse initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
