(Senior) Creator Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Berlin seeking a Senior Creator Marketing Coordinator to drive strategic influencer campaigns. In this role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on performance metrics and brand awareness
• Collaborate closely with key account management to ensure individual client strategies are executed flawlessly
• Manage projects end-to-end, including weekly client updates, meeting preparation and facilitation, and development of long-term client retention initiatives
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and derive strategic recommendations
• Oversee budget and margin responsibility, controlling costs and ensuring economic efficiency across campaigns
• Serve as the interface between clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign results

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable position
• Excellent communication skills and strong instincts for managing relationships with clients, creators, and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and process optimization for efficient campaign execution
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, ideally with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
• High level of diplomacy and finesse in managing diverse interests and priorities
• True team player mentality with a hands-on approach, self-initiative, and genuine passion for the creator ecosystem
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
