Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cloud observability organization in their search for a Partner Solutions Architect to support their EMEA region. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert working closely with channel partners to drive successful adoption and implementation initiatives.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
• Participating in joint business planning and review sessions to align technical teams between our client and their partners
• Supporting partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and providing assessment and coaching on best practices
• Serving as an advocate for partners' technical concerns, including use cases, feature requests, and support issues, working internally to drive resolution
• Analyzing partner service offerings regularly and providing recommendations to enhance value through improved platform adoption
• Collaborating with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities
• Continuously curating and evolving best practices for platform adoption and customer success

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
• A demonstrable track record and passion for continuous learning
• Self-starter mentality with strong business acumen; ability to communicate value from technical teams to executive leadership
• Confident presentation and communication skills
• Must be a current EU resident
• Hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • Observability platforms (monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management)
  • Public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
  • Development/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go
  • Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Gitlab

Bonus qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers)
• Previous experience with cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, Network Performance Monitoring)
• Previous experience with root-cause-analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
