Manager Source to Pay Solutions (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a globally operating organization currently undergoing a comprehensive S/4HANA transformation. As Manager Source to Pay Solutions, you will hold a central position at the intersection of procurement, business, and IT.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and stable operation of SAP S2P/MM solutions for procurement and inventory management
• Designing, implementing, and managing SAP MM projects and international rollouts
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into sustainable SAP solutions
• Creating functional concepts and overseeing their implementation
• Taking on sub-project leadership roles within the global S/4HANA transformation
• Managing external service providers and coordinating international project teams
• Developing interfaces to adjacent SAP modules and third-party systems
• Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support while continuously optimizing existing processes
• Facilitating knowledge transfer to key users and conducting training sessions

This is not simply about maintaining existing SAP processes—you will actively shape the future solution architecture.

What We're Looking For

We seek a professional who not only understands SAP but also the underlying business processes. The ideal candidate brings:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP MM/Source-to-Pay, ideally with focus on procurement and inventory management
• Proven track record in SAP project implementation and international rollouts
• Strong knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as FI, SD, PP, or QM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA transformation projects (advantageous)
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, independent working style with the ability to confidently coordinate internal and external partners
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
