Marketing Einkauf Werkstudent (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a working student to support their category management operations. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the team, working 16-20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Creation & Onboarding: Create and configure new products in the system, ensuring all necessary information is correct and ready for customers from day one.
• Tool Support & Validation: Support the implementation and usage of automation tools. Critically evaluate processes and ensure system outputs are accurate through quality control.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales and inventory anomalies. When high-priority items aren't selling or show as unavailable, investigate the root cause to maximize digital shelf performance.
• Content & Storefront Optimization: React quickly to incomplete product presentations that hinder sales by resolving missing product photos or incomplete item information.
• Supply Chain & Inbound Coordination: Support the team with daily commercial supply chain questions and resolve product delivery issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Collaboration: Provide strong operational support across various priorities, working closely with the category team to balance daily tasks effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a comparable field
• Sharp attention to detail, strong logical thinking, and natural curiosity to solve operational challenges
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of daily workflows
• Genuine interest in the food retail industry and enthusiasm for working with new software systems
• Availability to work 16-20 hours per week
• Fluent German and English language skills
