About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential social media marketing agency seeking a working student in Design & Strategy for their München location. This role offers hands-on experience transforming complex strategic content into visually compelling presentations while gaining exposure to social media strategy work for major consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Transform text-heavy content into creatively charged, visually persuasive presentation slides
• Visualize complex ideas and concepts in clear, structured, and appealing formats
• Build presentations and design slides in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Support the preparation of workshop materials and reporting documents
• Deliver research and slide deck support for pitches and client proposals
• Monitor the market and conduct competitive and trend analyses
• Bring current social media and design trends actively into your work
• Proactively contribute to adjacent topics beyond pure design, such as social media strategies

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Design, Communication Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (from 3rd semester onwards)
• Design is your core competency and passion
• Deep understanding of and genuine interest in social media platforms
• Willingness to look beyond pure design work into strategic considerations
• Proficient in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Structured and reliable working style with ability to work independently
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
