About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Hamburg that has scaled to over one million customers in four years. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Funnel Specialist who understands that effective copy doesn't just sound good—it converts.

If you can read an ad and immediately identify which hook pulls, which angle carries weight, and where a reader drops off before purchasing, we want to hear from you. This isn't about creative writing for its own sake. This is about understanding why one sentence converts and another doesn't.

Our client is scaling from eight-figure to nine-figure annual revenue, and they need someone who can own the complete funnel journey from first ad impression through purchase completion.

Responsibilities

• Write advertising copy, product descriptions, and website content across the entire customer journey: ad → product page → purchase
• Approach performance marketing as applied psychology, convincing both emotionally and rationally
• Build authority and trust through social proof, testimonials, and strategic messaging
• Develop new content funnel formats including advertorials, listicles, and native advertising through online publications
• Craft relatable storytelling around the brand's unique selling propositions
• Implement trust elements (payment providers, guarantees) that reduce purchase barriers
• Deeply understand target audience needs and maintain consistent brand voice
• Collaborate with media buying teams while understanding Facebook Ads fundamentals

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3 years of marketing copywriting experience (product copy, website content, or similar)
• Excellent German AND English language skills
• Background as a creative strategist, media buyer, or copywriter (or combination thereof)
• Strong research abilities paired with creative writing and understanding of purchase psychology
• Fundamental understanding of media buying and how Facebook Ads function
• Ideally, experience writing for direct-response focused industries
• Solid technical proficiency with standard software tools
• Portfolio or work samples (listicles, ad copy examples) required with application—your writing matters more than your CV
