Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Senior Channel Account Manager based in Germany. This role focuses on driving partner growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for a global leader in exposure management solutions.

We are looking for a seasoned channel professional who can develop strategic partnerships with top-tier security resellers, system integrators, and distributors throughout the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans with strategic security partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Drive partner-sourced deal registrations and revenue expansion to exceed regional sales targets
• Cultivate strong, multi-level relationships with partner organizations at all levels, including executive leadership
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment and effective joint selling motions
• Lead partner enablement initiatives including targeted training sessions, quarterly business reviews, and joint marketing campaigns
• Travel regularly within the region (minimum 3 days per week) to meet partners and drive business activities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of vendor channel sales experience within the cybersecurity industry
• Proven track record of scaling strategic partnerships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with consistent quota overachievement
• Deep understanding of the local cybersecurity channel landscape with established executive-level partner relationships
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and data-driven business planning capabilities
• Positive, proactive mindset with strong drive to achieve results
• Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region
• Fluency in German and English required
