Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) Ingenieurbau – Frankfurt (Main)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Construction Manager for civil engineering projects in Frankfurt. In this role, you will independently lead complex infrastructure projects from initial preparation through successful completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams while maintaining full responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality targets. As the primary point of contact, you will interface with clients and planning offices throughout all project phases, manage change orders, and ensure comprehensive site documentation.

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification, along with several years of proven experience as a construction manager in civil engineering. You should bring solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract regulations), construction contract law, and change order management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a self-directed, structured, solution-oriented work approach.
