Who We're Looking For

• PhD or equivalent advanced research experience in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, or related field
• Demonstrated track record of applied research contributions, including publications or patents
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in research (Python, C++, or similar)
• Strong systems thinking and ability to understand complex, large-scale architectures
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
