Senior Agent Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential conversational AI platform client in their search for a Senior Agent Product Manager based in London. This is an in-office position working with Fortune 500 enterprises to transform how they deliver customer experiences through AI technology.

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic owner for the successful delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions. You will work directly with C-suite executives at major enterprises, defining transformation roadmaps and building working AI agents that become core to how these organizations operate. This is not a standard implementation or account management role—you will own the outcome end-to-end, combining executive influence, product instincts, and founder-level accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win on large strategic opportunities, partnering with sales and engineering teams to build AI agents that convert sophisticated buyers into customers
• Serve as executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite leaders, defining and driving AI transformation roadmaps from initial conversation through production and expansion
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production, going deep on customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
• Develop frameworks and playbooks that become reusable assets scaling across accounts and feeding into product development
• Direct forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while maintaining accountability for outcomes
• Run tight feedback loops with product and engineering teams, shaping the platform based on learnings from demanding enterprise deployments

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning trust of senior executives—including engagement managers, project leaders, and senior managers from top consulting firms, or product managers, founders, and solutions roles at high-growth technology companies
• Builder's instinct with desire to design and build actual solutions, not just diagnose problems or manage others who build
• Strong technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs and hold technical conversations with engineers and executives
• Executive presence with track record of becoming trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as you implement it
• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
• MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology is a plus
• Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at Fortune 500 level preferred
