(Senior) Account Manager E-Health Deutschland (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for an experienced Account Manager to join their sales team in München. This role offers the flexibility to work from Berlin, Hannover, Leipzig, München, or remotely within Germany.

You'll take ownership of existing client relationships within the hospital sector, focusing on digital health solutions including hospital information systems and patient data management platforms. As the primary point of contact for your accounts, you'll identify growth opportunities and drive the digital transformation of clinical operations. A comprehensive mentoring and onboarding program will support your integration into the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop national accounts and key accounts within the hospital sector across Germany
• Identify cross-selling and after-sales opportunities to strengthen client relationships sustainably
• Support tender processes and assist in contract negotiations
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage follow-up activities
• Monitor contractual agreements and payment milestones in coordination with relevant departments

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or vocational training, ideally in healthcare, IT, or health economics
• Proven experience selling digital solutions to hospitals (hospital information systems, patient data management systems, clinical subsystems, or IT-related services)
• Strong understanding of clinical processes and hospital decision-making structures
• Knowledge of procurement processes and decision pathways within healthcare organizations
• Professional presence with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
