As an SAP Supply Chain Planning IBP Manager within EY Consulting, you will partner with clients to translate complex supply chain challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions. Working alongside diverse, globally connected teams, you'll bring a fresh business perspective on how SAP Integrated Business Planning can strengthen forecasting, planning, and end-to-end operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) engagements, guiding clients through solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Advise organizations on how SAP technology can enhance supply chain planning processes and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and client relationships across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop team members while helping to shape the direction of client solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience implementing or advising on SAP Supply Chain Planning and SAP IBP solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and broader business operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client-facing consulting projects at a managerial level.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
