Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization based in Berlin that is transforming patient communication through AI technology. As Sales Development Representative, you will be the first personal contact for practices showing interest in our client's solutions.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Converting inbound leads into booked product demonstrations through proactive outbound calling
• Responding quickly to new leads and maintaining persistent follow-up until meetings are scheduled
• Qualifying leads by understanding their operational challenges and generating enthusiasm for the solution
• Managing your pipeline with multiple open contacts, maintaining clean follow-up sequences, and keeping the CRM updated
• Building repeatable processes by testing talk tracks and continuously refining lead conversion approaches

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or phone-based experience in a commercial environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for phone conversations, comfortable making many calls daily, and resilience in handling rejection
• Persistence and discipline with follow-up activities – no lead falls through the cracks
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to tackle unglamorous tasks
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin five days per week

Pay

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure and equity participation. Specific figures will be discussed during the screening process based on experience level.
