Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility client in the Köln-Düsseldorf area. In this customer service role, you will:

• Coordinate daily rental operations and ensure smooth vehicle handovers and returns alongside the station team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey
• Support station management with staff scheduling and team training initiatives
• Ensure quality standards are maintained, particularly in all customer-facing interactions
• Maintain organization and find solutions even during challenging situations

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training plus 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in vehicle rental, tourism, or a comparable service field
• Strong service orientation with a friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• Hands-on mentality with excellent communication skills in direct customer contact
• Organizational talent and ability to keep overview under pressure
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Valid Class B driver's license

Pay

The original employer offers a salary band of €34,000–€36,000 gross annually. Compensation via Get A Job.ai will be discussed during the screening process based on your experience and qualifications.
