Senior Data Consultant (H/F) – CDI – Paris

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization seeking a Senior Data Consultant for their Paris office. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery with substantial autonomy, working either on client sites or from the Paris offices under the guidance of senior leadership while mentoring junior consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accompany C-level executives through data transformation initiatives across marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support, and IT domains
• Lead strategic projects focused on data and AI strategy development
• Develop business cases and value assessments (topline, bottomline, CSR)
• Guide data governance frameworks and operating model design
• Scope and deploy data and AI use cases
• Drive change management and adoption initiatives around data and AI
• Ensure mission delivery by identifying blockers and proposing solutions
• Manage project documentation, planning, meeting notes, and reporting
• Produce presentations including benchmarks, case studies, workshop decks, and steering committee materials
• Develop compelling storylines and impactful slide presentations
• Facilitate client interviews and workshops
• Build trusted client relationships and identify business opportunities
• Contribute to internal development through offer development, recruitment interviews, and training facilitation

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
• Dual business and data skill set
• Curiosity and passion for data and technological evolution
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience managing client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities
• Rigorous and proactive approach to work
• Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office and workshop facilitation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English is mandatory
• Ability to work autonomously while providing constructive feedback to junior team members
• Confidence in networking situations and client-facing interactions
