RV Technician (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential recreational vehicle services organization with operations across France. We're seeking an experienced RV Technician based in Toulouse to ensure fleet safety and customer satisfaction across multiple service locations.

This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse vehicle brands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your technical expertise directly impacts operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet vehicles to traffic safety standards and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• Oversee technical operations across multiple rental stations within your assigned territory
• Take shared responsibility for the technical condition of the campervan fleet
• Independently perform minor to moderate repairs on recreational vehicles
• Train and mentor station employees to enable them to carry out basic repairs independently
• Actively contribute ideas and participate in operational improvement projects
• Travel occasionally between locations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification in the automotive industry
• Extensive knowledge of various vehicle brands and models, with recreational vehicle familiarity preferred
• High degree of flexibility and manual dexterity
• Willingness to travel occasionally between service locations
• Fluent French language skills (required)
• Solid English language skills
• Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for contributing to team projects
