Senior Sales Engineer – MENA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is transforming how financial institutions combat fraud and financial crime. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support growth across the MENA region, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.

This is a remote-first role requiring up to 50% travel. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, leading them through complex sales cycles by connecting their fraud and compliance needs to cutting-edge platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify prospects' fraud and compliance requirements
• Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations that showcase platform impact and ROI
• Interface with Security teams to articulate security posture and successfully complete security reviews
• Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities with technical accuracy and strategic positioning
• Create comprehensive Solution Designs that address prospect needs and technical requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve Sales Engineering processes and best practices
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify improvement areas and help prioritize solutions
• Serve as the bridge between customer needs and platform capabilities, ensuring continuous value delivery

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Prior experience in the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain is essential
• Experience with APIs and strong understanding of JSON
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
• Bonus: Knowledge of web development principles or ability to build internal tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into technical details and turn them into proposed solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment while working with global clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with extreme ownership and a high growth orientation

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: AED 340,000 – AED 475,000 annually, plus equity and commission structure.
