Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will own the full performance marketing function and ensure every marketing euro delivers measurable customer growth.

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
• Manage marketing budget independently while monitoring CAC and key performance metrics
• Continuously test new creatives, keywords, and landing pages, scaling what works
• Build robust tracking and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision making
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to refine target audiences and messaging
• Develop the performance marketing strategy from the ground up rather than maintaining existing processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in a B2B startup or SaaS environment focused on SMB customers
• Proven track record of independently managing budgets while demonstrably reducing CAC or increasing ROAS
• Data-driven mindset with decision-making based on metrics rather than assumptions
• Strong proficiency with tracking and analytics tools
• Hands-on approach and willingness to tackle unglamorous tasks
• Fluent written and spoken communication in both German and English
• Commitment to working on-site in Berlin five days per week
