Sales Development Representative – German Speaking (Europe)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling B2B marketplace client in the luxury goods sector. They are seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their European sales team remotely. This is a high-velocity, metrics-driven role focused on lead qualification and demo generation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and qualify them for product demonstrations
• Execute outbound prospecting sequences across multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects quickly based on buyer profile, volume potential, intent, and timeline
• Book and confirm demonstrations with account executives, implementing reminder workflows to reduce no-shows
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with complete activity logging and accurate pipeline data
• Provide feedback on objections, effective messaging, and high-converting prospect segments
• Execute 60-80+ meaningful prospect touches daily while maintaining quality and personalization

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with high-volume, transactional selling
• Native or professional proficiency in both English and German (required)
• Exceptional phone presence and crisp written communication skills
• Strong process orientation with ability to work within structured cadences and maintain CRM discipline
• Highly coachable with resilience to maintain energy and performance throughout the entire month
• Comfortable with short sales cycles, high activity volumes, and daily intensity
• Ability to treat objections as learning opportunities rather than setbacks
• Prior industry knowledge is not required; hunger and rigor are essential
