Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable software Get A Job.ais
• Build resilient infrastructure for serving data at scale with high availability
• Drive technical planning and contribute to overall engineering strategy
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment processes
• Work on innovative solutions for advanced data and Get A Job.ais challenges
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and agile development practices
• Help shape engineering culture and contribute to team growth

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, or Go)
• Experience designing and building REST APIs or distributed Get A Job.ais
• Deep understanding of Get A Job.ais design, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code
• Flexible, rational, and open-minded approach to problem-solving
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Bonus experience:

• Containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Microservice architecture and design principles
• Deploying, monitoring, and supporting production services
• Data migrations while maintaining service availability
• Knowledge graphs or graph databases
