Sales Development Representative – Italian Speaking (Europe)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B technology client in the European market. They are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative with native Italian language skills to join their remote sales team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role focused on qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound pipeline for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and qualify them for product demonstrations
• Execute outbound prospecting sequences across multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects quickly based on buyer fit, purchase intent, and timeline
• Book and confirm demonstrations for the sales team, minimizing no-shows through proactive follow-up
• Maintain accurate CRM records with every interaction logged and dispositioned
• Conduct 60-80+ meaningful prospect touches daily
• Provide feedback on objections, messaging effectiveness, and converting prospect segments

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS or tech sales SDR/BDR role with high-volume, transactional sales cycles
• Native or professional proficiency in both English and Italian (required)
• Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
• Process-driven approach with disciplined CRM hygiene and adherence to sales cadences
• Resilience and coachability—you view rejection as data and maintain consistent energy throughout the month
• Ability to work independently in a remote European timezone
• Comfort with high daily activity volume and rapid qualification decisions
