Project Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Project Manager to join their internal marketing team. In this role, you will:

• Manage and oversee marketing projects using project management platforms, ensuring timely delivery within scope
• Assign tasks and provide detailed briefs to team members, maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles
• Track progress regularly and maintain organized project documentation
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to align on project goals and deliverables
• Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Review team output to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met
• Provide feedback on copywriting and creative assets, offering insights into campaign effectiveness
• Occasionally write or edit copy to ensure brand voice alignment
• Obtain stakeholder approval before releasing project deliverables
• Post approved content on social media platforms following brand guidelines
• Continuously improve project management processes and workflows

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate in marketing or related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing or digital agency environments
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp experience is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices (preferred)
• Ability to work EST, CST, MST, or PST hours

This is a fully remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world.
