• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handling cash, credit, and debit payments
• Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Restock shelves, assist with inventory counts, and monitor stock levels
• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for display
• Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty program benefits
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and service standards
