Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy provider seeking a dedicated face-to-face fundraiser and sales professional for their Berlin location. In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers at point-of-sale locations in well-trafficked shopping centers. You'll identify customer needs, answer questions about sustainable energy solutions, and match them with appropriate offerings. This is consultative sales with purpose—you'll spend your day having meaningful conversations about renewable energy, actively approaching approximately 200 people daily. You'll work collaboratively with your team in comfortable indoor environments, representing a product that delivers genuine environmental impact.

What We're Looking For

• Interpersonal confidence: You approach people openly and without hesitation, thriving in face-to-face interactions
• Communication excellence: Rejection doesn't discourage you—it motivates you. You possess at minimum C1-level German language proficiency and can explain complex topics clearly and persuasively
• Relevant background: Experience with non-profit organizations, face-to-face agencies, promotional work, or similar customer-facing roles demonstrates your passion and energy for engaging work
• Mental resilience: You understand that sales involves hearing "no" and possess the emotional strength to stay motivated throughout intensive days on your feet
• Sales drive: You're motivated by performance-based compensation and see every conversation as an opportunity to grow professionally and financially

Compensation and Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a secure base salary plus uncapped commission structure, with total monthly earnings typically ranging €3,000–€4,000 gross.
