Social Client Solutions Manager (Paid social/ Meta Ads)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology client in their search for a Social Client Solutions Manager to join their DACH team. This role is based in Munich and focuses on managing paid social campaigns and client relationships within the German-speaking market.

You will take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and client service across Meta and other social platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on performance marketer looking to develop their account management skills while working with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client KPIs with strong operational quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client questions and campaign support
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
• Deliver post-campaign reporting that highlights key metrics, insights, and future opportunities
• Support account retention and growth initiatives including renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding, campaign setup, and platform knowledge sharing
• Maintain high standards for campaign pacing, delivery, and performance tracking

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, campaign management, or performance marketing
• Essential: Solid hands-on experience with Meta advertising platforms
• Strong bonus: Experience with TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, or LinkedIn advertising
• Proven track record managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns
• Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in client-facing work
• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English required
• Agency experience within social or media teams strongly preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich or Hamburg, Germany
