Aaamidatlantic is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Eatontown, NJ to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our retail location.

Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Aaamidatlantic in Eatontown, NJ, you'll be the face of our business—welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations that lead to sales. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where your energy, enthusiasm, and selling ability directly impact both customer satisfaction and store performance. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers as they enter, creating a welcoming atmosphere and identifying their shopping needs
• Provide detailed product knowledge and confident recommendations tailored to each customer's situation
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash, card, and other payment methods
• Maintain an organized, clean retail floor with properly stocked shelves and attractive product displays
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and updating stock records
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store operations and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience strongly valued
• Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy retail setting
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer skills
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and move around the sales floor
• Availability to work scheduled retail hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods
• Reliability and a positive, professional attitude
