Manufacturing Laboratory Technician Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) Team 1st Shift – Monday – Friday 7:15am – 3:45pm with Rotating Weekends

Zoetis is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Laboratory Technician to join our Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) production team in Lincoln. This first-shift role operates Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, with rotating weekend coverage as needed to support critical biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Laboratory Technician on our mAb team, you'll play a direct role in producing monoclonal antibodies that serve veterinary medicine. Working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, you'll combine technical execution with precision and compliance, ensuring every batch meets rigorous quality standards from production through release.

Responsibilities

• Execute cell culture and fermentation procedures for monoclonal antibody production following established protocols and GMP guidelines
• Conduct quality control testing and document results to verify product consistency and specification compliance
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including bioreactors, centrifuges, and analytical instruments
• Perform aseptic and sterile handling procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collect, prepare, and analyze samples; record data accurately in laboratory information systems
• Support process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities under technical supervision
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety, adhering to all facility protocols and personal protective equipment requirements

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; laboratory coursework, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal procedures with consistent accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise documentation in a regulated environment
• Basic knowledge of chemistry, biology, or laboratory science principles
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Physical capability to perform lab duties, including prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule as part of manufacturing coverage
