Aseptic Technician – Assembly 1st Shift 4:30am – 1:00pm

Join Zoetis as an Aseptic Technician in our Lincoln assembly operations, working the 1st shift from 4:30am to 1:00pm. This full-time position is critical to maintaining the sterile and contamination-free environment that ensures product safety and quality in our manufacturing process.

What This Role Involves

As an Aseptic Technician, you'll perform precise assembly and handling tasks in a controlled, sterile environment where maintaining contamination protocols is essential. Your work directly supports the integrity of our pharmaceutical and veterinary products, requiring focus, discipline, and a commitment to established procedures throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products following strict aseptic techniques and standard operating procedures
• Monitor and maintain proper environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and cleanroom protocols
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on materials and assemblies to detect defects or deviations
• Prepare workstations and sterilize equipment according to facility standards
• Document all production activities, observations, and any deviations for traceability and compliance
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow efficiency
• Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory requirements specific to aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks

• Willingness to work in a regulated manufacturing environment with rigorous quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical or manufacturing experience is a plus)
