Zoetis is hiring a Client Success Advisor to partner with veterinary professionals across the Pacific Time Zone, serving clients in California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, and Idaho in a full‑time, on‑site capacity. In this role you will help ensure customers achieve the full value of Zoetis’ animal health solutions while building lasting relationships.
About the Role
As a Client Success Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned veterinary practices, guiding them through product adoption, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, practice managers, and technical staff within your territory.
- Conduct regular check‑ins, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on Zoetis’ portfolio.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including therapeutics, diagnostics, and nutrition products.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to resolve issues and share field insights.
- Track key performance metrics such as product usage, satisfaction scores, and retention rates, reporting results to management.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting animal health.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in animal science, veterinary technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to build rapport with veterinary professionals and understand their clinical workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering both in‑person and virtual training.
- Experience with CRM tools and data‑driven account management.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a territory with limited supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the Pacific Time Zone region as needed.
