The Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated travel professional to provide exceptional customer service and expert travel planning at our Hudson location. As an Associate Retail Travel Agent, you'll work directly with travelers to design personalized itineraries, secure the best rates on flights, accommodations, and vacation packages, and handle the details that make trips memorable. This full-time position offers the chance to grow your travel industry expertise while building lasting customer relationships in a supportive retail environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and destination interests
- Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages using industry booking systems
- Provide destination recommendations and itinerary suggestions based on client needs and preferences
- Process travel documentation, visas, and travel insurance as required
- Manage client accounts, handle booking changes, and resolve travel-related issues promptly
- Stay current on travel deals, promotions, and destination information to serve clients better
- Deliver excellent customer service both in person and by phone in our Hudson office
Requirements
