Restructuring – Senior

Responsibilities

We are representing a leading independent financial and operational advisory firm in Paris. As a Senior Consultant in Restructuring, you will join a dedicated team working with underperforming companies experiencing cash flow pressures of varying severity, whether under voluntary arrangements or formal insolvency proceedings.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing the root causes of liquidity crises and proposing urgent measures to preserve cash flow
• Developing multiple crisis-exit scenarios for distressed businesses
• Reviewing and preparing operational and cash flow forecasts
• Participating in negotiations between companies, shareholders, creditors, and potential investors to structure financial restructuring terms
• Mentoring junior analysts and supporting their professional development
• Contributing to cross-functional projects related to the firm's growth and development

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with the following profile:

• Degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in restructuring, turnaround, or financial advisory
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Working knowledge of a second foreign language is advantageous
• Availability and commitment to meet client needs in time-sensitive situations
