Repack Associate

Sysco is hiring a Repack Associate for a full-time position at 2 locations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone detail-oriented and ready to support our food distribution operations.

Role Overview

As a Repack Associate at Sysco, you'll play a vital role in preparing fresh and specialty food products for delivery to our customers. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll handle product preparation, quality assurance, and packaging to ensure every item meets our standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop hands-on skills while contributing directly to the success of one of the food service industry's most respected companies.

Responsibilities

• Repackage food products from bulk containers into customer-ready portions and packaging formats
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards
• Apply labels, codes, and packaging information accurately and legibly
• Operate warehouse equipment including scales, labeling machines, and packaging tools
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track product movements
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry products regularly (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Capability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts
• Basic math skills for measurements and inventory tracking
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
