Functional Analyst – A/V Media Services

Join Sysco in a full-time Functional Analyst position focused on Audio-Visual and Media Services at our Corporate headquarters. In this role, you'll support the technical infrastructure that powers our organization's collaboration, communications, and media operations while working directly with business stakeholders to solve real-world technical challenges.

What This Role Involves

As a Functional Analyst supporting Audio-Visual and Media Services, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll maintain and optimize our media systems, troubleshoot complex A/V environments, and ensure seamless connectivity across multiple platforms and devices. Your focus will be on understanding how our teams use audio-visual technology, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance communication and productivity throughout the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot A/V systems, including video conferencing, audio distribution, and media playback equipment
• Provide technical support to end users on media services and A/V functionality across the corporate environment
• Collaborate with IT teams and media service providers to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
• Document processes, configurations, and known solutions to build institutional knowledge
• Test new A/V technologies and media tools, evaluating their fit within our infrastructure
• Respond to service requests and coordinate installations or upgrades of audio-visual equipment

What You Bring

• Technical foundation in audio-visual systems, media infrastructure, or related technology areas
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to diagnose problems methodically
• Experience supporting end users and communicating technical concepts in non-technical language
• Familiarity with common A/V platforms, video conferencing systems, or media distribution technologies
• Attention to detail and ability to document technical information clearly
• Willingness to learn evolving media technologies and industry best practices
