“Relocation Manager” (m/w/d/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential relocation services organization based in Eschborn, Germany. Our client is seeking a Relocation Manager to support their international mobility operations. This role involves guiding employees through immigration processes, coordinating with government agencies, and managing the administrative aspects of relocations to and from Germany.

As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with clients from around the world, helping them navigate complex bureaucratic requirements while delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through immigration and relocation processes in Germany
• Collect and manage required documentation for visa and permit applications
• Coordinate translation services for official documents
• Provide guidance during interactions with government authorities
• Process administrative tasks including child benefit applications, driver's license conversions, and similar procedures
• Commission and collaborate with freelance consultants and partner organizations
• Maintain ongoing communication with various government agencies and offices
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and timelines

What We're Looking For

• Several years of relevant professional experience within the relocation or immigration industry
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong team collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with diverse stakeholders
• High degree of resilience and ability to remain composed under pressure
• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
• Solution-oriented thinking and problem-solving approach
• Cultural sensitivity and diplomatic skills when working across different backgrounds
• Proficiency with standard office software applications
• Valid driver's license preferred
