Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking experienced SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Consultants to join their team. In this role, you will contribute your expertise to demanding client projects across Germany, working with modern SAP solutions in a fully remote environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering SAP HCM or SuccessFactors implementations and optimizations for enterprise clients
- Providing expertise in core HR modules and supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with experienced SAP teams on international and varied project assignments
- Contributing to solution design and supporting clients through their HR technology journey
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP solutions
- Strong focus on either SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP Payroll, SAP PT (Time Management), or SAP Employee Central
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Location in Germany with ability to work remotely
Valued additional qualifications:
- S/4HANA experience
- ABAP knowledge
- SAP certifications
