Registered Nurse (RN) – ER

Join Tenet Healthcare's emergency department as a full-time Registered Nurse in Leominster, Worcester County, where you'll care for patients facing acute and time-sensitive medical conditions. About the Role

As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Tenet Healthcare, you'll deliver direct clinical care to patients throughout their emergency visit. You'll work on a shift basis, taking responsibility for patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of clinical interventions. Your role includes supervising delegated nursing tasks and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain quality standards of care. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and vital sign monitoring for emergency patients
• Develop and execute individualized care plans based on patient acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols
• Provide patient education and emotional support during stressful medical situations
• Oversee and delegate appropriate tasks to nursing assistants and support team members
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation and electronic health records
• Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance practices

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Capability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in emergency nursing, critical care, or acute care preferred
