As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic at JP Euro, you will service, diagnose, and repair BMW and other European and exotic vehicles to factory-level standards. This is an on-site position based in Bedford, Hillsborough County, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Compensation is offered at $50–$65 per hour (roughly $100,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on BMW and European/exotic vehicles using dealer-level tools and software.
- Complete repairs, maintenance, and component replacements with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret technical data, service bulletins, and electrical diagrams to resolve complex faults.
- Road-test vehicles before and after service to confirm quality and performance.
- Document work accurately and communicate findings clearly to the service team and customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BMW Master Technician or comparable senior-level European auto mechanic.
- Strong command of modern diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Solid understanding of BMW systems, drivetrains, and electronics.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to advance within a growing shop.
