React Engineer – Remote, Latin America

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions for multiple client projects
• Establish and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Contribute to shared libraries and internal tooling as systems evolve
• Take ownership of assigned features from conception through deployment and maintenance
• Follow engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Work through technical challenges on large-scale systems with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React
• Proven track record working on large, complex applications
• Four-year college degree required
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and estimates
• Ability to align with client goals and consistently meet commitments
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices
• Problem-solving skills to navigate unfamiliar technical challenges
• Detail-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote setting
