About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential federal government contractor seeking a Quantum Computing/Cryptography Engineer. This is a remote, full-time position serving clients in the public sector. Our talent team is working directly with the hiring organization to identify experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in quantum computing and cryptographic implementation.
Responsibilities
- Implement quantum computing algorithms and cryptographic solutions using Python, C++, and Java
- Develop and test quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Support federal government client requirements for secure computing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quantum computing research and application development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of post-quantum cryptography solutions
What We're Looking For
- Experienced-level professional with demonstrated background in quantum computing and cryptography
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Java
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust – Level 4 security clearance
- Understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum key distribution, or post-quantum cryptographic methods
