About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing professional networking platform that operates globally across 140 countries. Our client is a lean product organization with fewer than 40 team members supporting multiple product lines. They are moving from a part-time design model to their first full-time design hire as they scale their product structure.

This is a hands-on UX/UI Designer role with broad ownership across all product areas. You'll join product discussions early, shape problems before solutions are designed, and take validated concepts through to production-ready experiences. This role suits a designer who thrives on autonomy, values evidence over opinion, and wants to work directly with product managers and engineers in a small, focused team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early product discussions to help frame problems before designing screens
• Take open questions and turn them into clear, production-ready design solutions
• Design user flows that facilitate communication between individuals and organizations
• Work on core product areas including onboarding, user profiles, discovery features, and monetization flows
• Account for all key states, edge cases, and handoff requirements, then support implementation
• Maintain and extend the existing UI kit to ensure consistency across products
• Reduce design iteration cycles by delivering work that moves smoothly into production

What We're Looking For

• Strong UI craft with a portfolio demonstrating clear, thoughtful interface design
• Solid experience designing for web products (web is the primary platform)
• Ability to explain design decisions through user context rather than personal preference
• Openness to changing direction when evidence or better reasoning emerges
• Experience owning design end-to-end, from ambiguous problems through to launch
• Comfort working autonomously in a small product organization
• Startup, founding designer, or in-house product design experience preferred
• Practical use of AI tools in your workflow (familiarity with Figma handoff and prototyping tools)
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Fluent Russian language skills
