We are looking for a strategic creative leader who can develop innovative concepts that resonate globally within the tech and AI space. You'll own the creative process from story discovery through execution, working alongside brand design, marketing, product design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and concepts aligned with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and communication teams to ensure campaigns reflect organizational values and messaging
• Leverage your tech and AI experience to craft campaigns that stand out in a competitive industry
• Ensure all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Work with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and execute strategic brand campaigns
• Stay engaged throughout the creative process to ensure work successfully lands with target audiences

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Creative Director, particularly in tech, AI, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategic/design thinking
• Deep understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and messaging frameworks
• Experience collaborating with marketing, events, brand, design, and communication teams
• Passion for innovation and keen awareness of trends in technology and AI
• Positive energy and collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving world-class results
• Excellent concise communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Low-ego approach and team-spirited attitude
