Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Candidate Experience Specialist on a contract basis. This remote role requires candidates to be based in EMEA.

In this position, you will partner with our client's recruiters and hiring managers to execute hiring plans and coordinate interviews across a high-volume, global environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams to understand and execute hiring plans for each job requisition
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and internal repositories
• Managing candidate scheduling and coordinating interviews to keep hiring processes running smoothly
• Ensuring candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication at each stage of the hiring process
• Monitoring candidate pipelines and flagging issues or bottlenecks to the recruiting team
• Creating and staging employment contracts for candidates receiving offers on behalf of hiring managers and recruiters
• Partnering with People Operations to create a seamless handoff for new team members
• Acting as a brand ambassador in every interaction with potential team members

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Skill using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and a willingness to learn additional tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• Demonstrated strength in organization, time management, and prioritization, with consistent focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with team members across time zones and functions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Interest in contributing to an inclusive hiring process that attracts qualified, diverse, and motivated talent
• Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, including flexibility in working hours to support candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
