Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential tech organization based in Berlin that is seeking a CRM Manager to join their 5-person engagement team. In this role, you will:
- Drive engagement goals such as Daily Active Users through strategic CRM initiatives
- Plan, test, and implement newsletter campaigns in coordination with content and advertising teams, continuously optimizing content and delivery to improve click rates
- Build and optimize automated campaigns including onboarding, reactivation, and triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Develop meaningful user segmentations based on interests, behaviors, and other attributes to deliver personalized experiences
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deepen user understanding and implement targeted initiatives
- Create regular reporting on tests, campaigns, and goal achievement in your domain
- Coordinate with the team on best practices, content strategy, and optimal send timing
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of CRM experience
- Strong proficiency with Braze platform
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and interpret KPIs effectively
- Creative approach to increasing user engagement
- Self-directed and structured work style with strong project planning capabilities
- Proven experience setting up multi-channel journeys and A/B tests, analyzing results, and deriving actionable recommendations
- Technical expertise in CRM infrastructure, link tracking, deliverability, and tool optimization
- Passion for developing digital products with social value
- Native-level German and fluent English required
