Senior Sales Manager:in Brand & Performance Advertising (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social platform client in Berlin seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive their brand and performance advertising business. In this role, you will:

• Build and own your customer pipeline from the ground up through proactive outbound sales and lead generation, supported by internal AI-powered tools
• Close deals with major brands and media agencies for hyperlocal and national campaigns, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing
• Scale advertising budgets by identifying upsell opportunities, placing add-ons, and developing cross-media concepts that deliver lasting impact
• Act as a creative sparring partner, proactively developing innovative approaches to maximize client visibility and campaign effectiveness on the platform
• Serve as a mentor within the sales team, sharing your experience and elevating the ambition and performance of your colleagues
• Think strategically beyond standard packages to identify levers for growth and drive meaningful revenue outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of proven experience in media or ad sales, ideally with a focus on branding or platform campaigns
• A strong track record of winning major brands and establishing significant revenue drivers
• Hunter mentality with a passion for outbound sales and cold acquisition—obstacles motivate you rather than deter you
• An established network within the agency and brand world that you can activate immediately
• Big-picture thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset; you see opportunities where others see barriers
• Self-organized, highly focused working style with genuine entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluency in German required for this Berlin-based role
