About the Role

Our talent team is representing a confidential language-technology company in Berlin for a parental leave cover Product Manager position. This is a fixed-term opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a profitable, scaling consumer product used by millions globally.

You will own the experiment loop end-to-end: forming hypotheses, writing specs, coordinating launches, analyzing readouts, and making ship-or-kill decisions. Your focus is maintaining a steady cadence of live tests, mining insights from data and user feedback, and delivering a small set of high-conviction features with design and engineering partners. You are accountable for outcomes, not output.

Responsibilities

  • Run continuous product experiments with clear hypotheses, instrumentation, and statistical rigor
  • Identify the next set of bets using analytics, qualitative research, and member signals—not a random backlog
  • Spec and ship features in collaboration with design and engineering; own the result
  • Communicate findings clearly so cross-functional teams can act on them
  • Use AI tooling to accelerate your workflow and evaluate where automation fits in product operations

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrable work on consumer mobile applications at scale
  • Strong analytical skills: you understand which metrics matter, can interpret experiment results, and are fluent in product analytics platforms
  • Proven track record of independent, proactive ownership—not just ideation, but shipped work you can point to
  • Excellent written and spoken English; clear communicator and strong collaborator
  • Deep care for simple, intuitive UX and ability to partner closely with designers
  • Tenacity with hard problems; you stay until they're solved
  • Comfort using AI in your own workflow and thoughtful perspective on its role in product ops
