Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Mainz seeking a Marketing Working Student. In this role, you will support our client's marketing team across diverse activities, gaining exposure to multiple disciplines including marketing communications, marketing technology, and paid media.

• Content & Editorial: Support the creation, editing, and optimization of target-audience content for websites, brochures, and social media; contribute to topic research and editorial planning
• Graphics & Design: Design and adapt marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital advertising assets using your creative skills
• Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with operational and organizational tasks across various marketing disciplines
• Events & Trade Shows: Help plan, prepare, and execute trade shows, events, and internal activities, including on-site support
• Performance & Analysis: Support evaluation of content and marketing initiatives, helping to identify optimization opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Graphic Design, or a comparable degree program
• Initial experience writing and editing content with excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, Visme, or Photoshop; experience with CMS systems is a plus
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with enthusiasm for supporting diverse tasks and marketing areas
• Creativity, initiative, and strong instinct for target-audience communication
• Enjoyment of teamwork and eagerness to dive in and learn new topics
• Motivation to develop professionally, try new approaches, and gradually take on more responsibility
