Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential federal contractor, is seeking a talented Quantum Computing/Cryptography Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Frederick, Maryland, working remotely for a federal government client.
In this role, you will:
- Utilize programming languages including Python, C++, and Java for implementation of quantum computing and cryptographic systems
- Develop and maintain quantum algorithms and cryptographic protocols
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders on advanced computing initiatives
- Support mission-critical projects requiring specialized cryptographic expertise
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experienced-level background in quantum computing, cryptography, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Java
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Public Trust – Level 4 security clearance
