Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing client in Würselen seeking a Quality Management Representative (QMB) (m/w/d) for a part-time position. In this role, you will:

• Maintain, manage, and continuously develop the quality management system
• Ensure and advance QM processes and quality standards across the organization
• Manage and control quality-relevant documents, process descriptions, and work instructions
• Plan, prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal audits
• Support preparation and facilitation of external audits
• Assist departments in implementing quality requirements
• Analyze errors, deviations, and complaints, and derive appropriate corrective and improvement measures
• Track agreed-upon measures and verify their effectiveness
• Support continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes
• Provide regular coordination and reporting to senior management
• Raise awareness and support employees on quality-relevant topics

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing or technically-oriented company
• Strong knowledge of quality management and quality management systems, ideally according to DIN EN ISO 9001
• Qualification as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) or comparable certification is advantageous
• Experience with internal and external audits
• Technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented working approach
• Initiative and the ability to independently drive topics forward
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient use of MS Office and digital documentation systems
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
