Responsibilities

• Independently manage technical projects from initial concept through full implementation
• Develop new technical concepts and solution approaches, evaluating feasibility, functionality, and economic viability
• Actively execute projects hands-on, not merely coordinate them
• Analyze technical challenges, develop multiple solution paths, and drive the optimal approach forward
• Actively research new technologies, materials, manufacturing methods, and technical possibilities for future product applications
• Independently acquire specialized knowledge and rapidly learn new technical subject areas
• Create engineering designs, technical concepts, drawings, specifications, and necessary project documentation
• Structure projects, define work steps, set priorities, and ensure adherence to deadlines and milestones
• Identify suitable external partners, suppliers, and specialists, managing their collaboration within projects
• Coordinate internal and external interfaces to ensure diverse requirements result in functional integrated solutions
• Support prototypes, trials, and technical testing, iterating solutions based on findings
• Contribute original ideas, challenge existing approaches, and actively drive technical improvements and innovations

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical qualification through continuing education
• Excellent technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
• Experience in engineering design and/or technical project management
• Passion for innovation, technology, and emerging technical solutions
• Strong hands-on mentality: you want to implement solutions yourself, not only plan and coordinate
• Highly structured, reliable, and responsible work approach
• Ability to clearly organize projects, set priorities, and consistently monitor deadlines
• Strong initiative and commitment to independently advancing projects
• Solution-oriented thinking and willingness to explore new or unconventional approaches
• Curiosity and ability to independently acquire missing knowledge
• Enjoyment of tackling technical challenges and persistently pursuing solutions
• Team collaboration skills combined with ability to work very independently
• Confident and reliable presence with suppliers, project partners, and external service providers
• Knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics is advantageous
• German language proficiency required for this role
